Absolutely loved the view, but the housekeeping was horrendous. They didn't bring the towels even after three calls. Who wants to stay in wet luxury? I expected at least a complimentary gift for such negligence, but no special treatment at all. Shouldn't I be treated like royalty? Just couldn’t recommend this place!

The view from the room was breathtaking, especially while enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony. I was pleasantly surprised when the staff made sure to accommodate my late checkout request without any fuss, which really eased my departure stress.

Internet was spotty at times, but the in-room breakfast really hit the spot. I was a bit surprised by the lack of kitchen supplies for cooking, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Had an amazing time with friends! The place was super clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We loved the vibe, especially after visiting Beez Club, a fantastic Thai nightlife spot. The Marina views from our room were breathtaking, making it perfect for a group getaway.

I had a fabulous 7-night stay in a One-Bedroom Apartment with Marina View, where the stunning views of the marina made every morning feel special. The staff, especially Mohd Dilwar at reception, was incredibly courteous and helpful, showing a great attitude even during late-night check-ins. The room was well-equipped with essential kitchenware, and they replenished water and coffee every day, which I really appreciated. On the downside, the soundproofing could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

Good hotel with great amenities like Wi-Fi, a fitness centre, 24-hour reception, and a heated swimming pool. The staff once assisted with my elderly parents, and I really appreciated that. I’m excited to return for my next trip!
